Product Development Engineer – 1st shift, full time
This position is located on-site at our facilities Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
This person is responsible for managing new injection molding tool builds as well as transfer tooling projects from inception thru production approval. Responsibilities in this process includes but are not limited to the following: evaluate and critique DFMs and mold designs, oversee dimensional qualifications to verify they meet customer expectations, support project samplings and provide input during the early troubleshooting process, update bills of materials based on findings through the PPAP.
Qualifications:
Minimum Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar field.
Two+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Tool/Die Manufacturing – Industrial Engineering – Manufacturing Engineering
Additional desired skills include:
3D CAD knowledge working with Solidworks or SpaceClaim * Ability to prioritize and multitask with minimal supervision * Knowledge of manufacturing particularly injection molding *Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * High mechanical and technical aptitude.
Material Handler – 3rd shift, full time
Responsibilities:
- Delivering plastic pellets to molding machines to produce plastic parts.
- Grinding of plastic stems and scrap parts to reuse in the molding process.
- Using a computer to locate and issue needed materials.
- Reconciling and returning materials to the proper warehouse location.
- Cleaning of equipment used to convey and regrind materials.
Requirements:
- Ability to push 100 pounds, lift up to 50 pounds, drive a forklift, excellent organizational, computer, and math skills, good attendance.
- Must be self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Setup Technician – 2nd shift, full time
Responsibilities:
- Installation and removal of molds in injection molding machines
- Placement and setup of auxiliary equipment
- Workstation setup and organization.
Requirements:
The preferred candidate will have knowledge of plastic injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment and a strong desire to excel. Mechanical abilities required and we will train the right person. This is a permanent full-time hands-on position for a person that enjoys working with machinery.

Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd shift, full time
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate operator instruction sheets for quality information.
- Perform quality-oriented tasks to plastic parts like clipping parts off from stem/runner, perform visual quality checks, package parts.
- Operate at specific speeds on molding machine(s).
- Keep work stations clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Ability to work at specific speeds, work multiple machines and stand for long periods of time.
- Must have a strong organizational and basic computer and math skills.
- Must be self-driven with good attendance.
