Parts that exceed dimensions of approximately 12 inches by 18 inches are classified as medium to large.

 

Large parts are particularly well-suited for U.S. domestic molding due to the high costs associated with shipping and inventory storage. Since January 2013, Guttenberg Industries has expanded its capabilities by adding four new presses specifically to accommodate the production of larger parts. Our company has a proven history of manufacturing competitively priced, large-sized products using both commodity and engineering-grade materials. We apply the same meticulous precision to molding large parts as we do to smaller ones.

With a clamping force of up to 1000 tons, we are capable of handling large parts that can reach nearly 4 feet in height or width.
